Since 1977, CEO, Richard Forbis has invested himself into the electrical industry. Being a certified electrician at the age of 18 in the Chicago area, to obtaining his Master Electrical Contractors license ,along with qualifying, and being a partner in Forbis Electrical Contractors at the age of 26. Richard has been at the forefront of residential and commercial expansion of Southwest Florida over the last 40 years through various well known projects such as: Shops at Mercato, Ave Maria University, Shoppes at Vanderbuilt, Publix Grocery stores, Sams Club, BJ’s wholesale, Office Max, LA Fitness, 10,000+ units of apartment and condominium complexes, Embassy Suites Hotel, Hampton Inn, Staybridge Suites, Holiday Inn, etc… including high end homes from $1,000,000-$35,000,000 in Port Royal, Royal Harbor, The Moorings, Grey Oaks, etc… the beach in city of Naples.
